I work with owners and
senior management of a variety-sized companies that provide
entertainment-media and services and products to a worldwide
audience. While most of my clients are in Hollywood, I also
advise
clients in Nashville and New York, who in turn have operations
throughout the world.
It has been
personally rewarding to have assisted a number of the
major motion picture production companies get their
initial start as public companies, and to help them
through the growth stages which require content
development, planning, financing, diversifying, and
interacting with the private and and public
shareholders. Maintaining a close and continuing
relationship with my clients as they grew and matured
was one of the most satisfying aspects of nearly two
decades of service in film and television industry.
During which,
dramatic changes which have occurred in both the media
and securities industry and capital markets since the
early 1990's have caused concern over the destiny of the
of medium-sized growth companies. Since the
capital markets have become so dominated by the large
institutional investor and technology issuers,
traditional investment models are not offering the same
financial services to the medium-sized commercial
company. Therefore, how are these companies' needs for
continuing financial services going to be fulfilled?
I feel to fill this void by
not only offering independent expert corporate financial
advisory services and advice, on a continuing basis, to
a select number of national and regional companies, but
to optimize existing resources by designing intellectual
properties with existing knowledge. If you find my
